Delete your TriviSpar account

You can do this in the app, or by email if you can't get into the app.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open TriviSpar.
2. Go to More → Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete my account.

By email

Email us from the address on your account, with your username:

Email a deletion request

We confirm it's you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, username and every spar, including ones in progress.
• Your questions, answers, notepad and settings.
• Your invites.

What's kept, and for how long

• Safety reports you made or that were made about you: up to 90 days, then deleted.
• Purchase records Apple or Google are required to keep. Those are theirs, not ours.

Deleting doesn't cancel a subscription. Pro is billed by Apple: cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or it keeps renewing.
