The rules of TriviSpar

Who can play
You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you, and in some states approves the download through the App Store.
Your content
You own the questions and answers you write. You let us store, show and process them to run the game, including sending them to our AI referee. Don't post anything you don't have the right to.
House rules
No hate or slurs, harassment or bullying, threats, sexual content, or private information about anyone. We screen questions before they're sent, review reports within 24 hours, and may remove content or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
The referee
Rulings, hints and sources come from an AI. They can be wrong, particularly about real people and recent events. Rulings are for the game only. They aren't statements of fact about anyone and aren't advice of any kind.
Purchases
- The unlock and game packs are one-time purchases.
- Pro is a subscription: up to 5 new games a day, up to 15 rounds each. It renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before it renews.
- Payments and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Ending
You can delete your account any time. We may end accounts that break these terms.
